These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and joyya9 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at joyya9.net. This Agreement governs all use of the platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games and sports betting markets, claiming of bonuses and promotions, and use of customer support services.

joyya9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the joyya9 platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

joyya9 operates as an online gaming platform targeted exclusively at the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and all communications are conducted in English. Players must satisfy all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 before using the platform.

To be eligible to open and maintain a joyya9 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another joyya9 account that was suspended, restricted, or closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You have not been self-excluded from the joyya9 platform or any other gaming platform in a manner that restricts your participation.
• You are of sound mind and capable of understanding the nature, risks, and consequences of gambling.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

joyya9 takes its age-verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point — including during registration, before processing any withdrawal, or upon account review. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Until satisfactory verification is provided, joyya9 may suspend withdrawal rights and restrict account activity.

joyya9 employs automated and manual age-verification checks. If it is determined that a player is under 18 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all pending and processed transactions will be reviewed, any winnings will be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated to relevant authorities. Any deposits made by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment method where technically feasible.

To access the full range of joyya9's services — including deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a joyya9 account. Registration is free of charge. Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the joyya9 platform at any given time.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number or email address. You must keep this information current and notify joyya9 promptly of any changes by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: joyya9 operates a Know Your Customer policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point at joyya9's discretion, we may require you to complete identity verification by submitting the following documents:

• Proof of identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document (dated within 90 days) showing your registered address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of payment method: screenshot or confirmation of ownership of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet, or bank account used for transactions on joyya9.

joyya9 processes KYC documents within 24–72 hours of submission during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Until verification is complete, deposit limits may be applied and withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state. joyya9 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate documentation submitted by the player.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your joyya9 Login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any action taken using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact joyya9 support immediately at [email protected].

joyya9 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its absolute discretion, including where the Company reasonably believes that a player is attempting to circumvent these Terms, is acting fraudulently, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Deposits: All deposit transactions on joyya9 are processed in real time subject to the availability of the selected payment method. By initiating a deposit, you confirm that the funds are lawfully yours and that the payment method used is registered in your own name. joyya9 does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit by default, though joyya9 may impose deposit limits in connection with responsible gaming controls or regulatory requirements.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are generally credited to your joyya9 wallet within minutes of confirmation. In cases where a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, you should contact joyya9 support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by joyya9. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have passed KYC verification as described in Section 3.

joyya9 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6):

• bKash and Nagad: 15–30 minutes for verified accounts during standard processing hours.
• Rocket and Upay: Up to 2 hours during standard processing hours.
• Visa and Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

joyya9 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending additional security verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or where the account has an unresolved bonus wagering requirement. In such cases, joyya9 will notify the affected player via their registered contact details within 24 hours of the delay decision.

Currency: All transactions on joyya9 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). joyya9 does not accept cryptocurrency payments and does not operate player wallets in any foreign currency. Players are responsible for any bank charges or mobile wallet fees applied by their own payment service providers, which are outside joyya9's control.

Failed or Reversed Transactions: If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your payment method, joyya9 will conduct an investigation and credit the relevant amount to your account or arrange a refund within 5 business days. Chargebacks initiated by a player without first contacting joyya9 support may result in account suspension and recovery action.

joyya9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day on December 16, Independence Day on March 26, and Bangladesh Premier League cricket season.

General Bonus Rules: The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotional terms for an individual offer state otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and may only be used on the joyya9 platform.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous one remains active may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• Free spins are valid only on the specific slot game(s) designated in the relevant promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
• joyya9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with or without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to a player's account, any wagering already completed toward the bonus requirement will be respected.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated betting tools, or collusion to exploit bonus terms, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

Welcome Bonus: New joyya9 players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The current welcome bonus offer, including the bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount in ৳ BDT, and wagering requirements, is displayed on the joyya9 promotions page and may change at any time. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player only once. Players who close and re-register an account are not eligible for a second welcome bonus.

Wagering Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward clearing bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all toward bonus wagering. The exact contribution rates for any given bonus are specified in the individual offer's terms and conditions.

Each product category is governed by product-specific rules in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets on joyya9 are subject to the following conditions:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of confirmation.
• In-play or live betting allows wagers to be placed on events that are already in progress. In-play odds are updated in real time and joyya9 cannot guarantee availability of specific markets throughout the duration of a live event.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, joyya9 will settle bets according to the applicable sport-specific settlement rules. Generally, bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined.
• Any bet placed after the result of an event is already known — whether due to a system error, data feed delay, or human error — will be voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum bet limits per market and per event may be applied at joyya9's discretion. Players will be notified if a stake exceeds the permitted limit for a given market.

Casino Games: All casino games — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, Andar Bahar, and other table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by internationally audited game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the provider and is available in the individual game's information panel.

joyya9 does not manipulate game outcomes. All results are determined by the game engine at the point of play. joyya9 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's own betting strategy, misunderstanding of game rules, or technical issues on the player's own device or internet connection.

System Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, data transmission error, or system failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, joyya9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player. joyya9 is not liable for any losses claimed to result from system interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the joyya9 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with joyya9.
• Multi-Accounting: Opening or operating more than one joyya9 account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register, deposit, or gamble while under 18 years of age, or allowing or facilitating an underage person to use your joyya9 account.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through coordinated or systematic wagering designed to extract value in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, including arbitrage betting, collusion with other players, or use of automated betting systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with joyya9 support and allowing a reasonable resolution period.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Coordinating with other players or third parties to fix the outcome of any game, match, or sporting event, or placing bets based on prior knowledge of a fixed result.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, software, or any other automated means to place bets, play casino games, or otherwise interact with the joyya9 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Money Laundering: Using the joyya9 platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, making structured deposits designed to conceal their origin, or using another person's payment method without authorisation.
• Hacking and System Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to joyya9's systems, databases, or game engines; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities; or interfering with the platform in any way that could harm other players or the integrity of the service.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your joyya9 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, joyya9 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, provided that your account is in good standing and KYC verification is complete. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Suspension or Closure by joyya9: joyya9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• Instruction from a competent authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, joyya9 will complete its review within a reasonable timeframe, ordinarily not exceeding 30 days, and will communicate the outcome to the player via their registered contact details. Where a suspension results in permanent closure due to confirmed Terms violation, any balances held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed). joyya9 will notify the account holder via their registered contact before applying any administrative fee to a dormant account balance. The dormant account fee, if applied, will not exceed the lesser of ৳200 per month or the remaining account balance.
